Aleksandra is a student in the Elite Master’s Program of Advanced Materials and Processes (MAP) at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen Nürnberg (Bavaria, Germany), with a focus on nanotechnology, biomaterials, and bioprocesses. 

Biotechnologist, an alumna of the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology at the University of Gdańsk and Medical University of Gdańsk (Poland). She is an interdisciplinary individual with a work experience from institutions such as the Center for Regenerative Therapies in Dresden or Heinrich-Heine-Universität in Düsseldorf. Her professional interests concern biomaterials and 3D bioprinting, virology, immunology, and regenerative medicine with an interest in bioinformatics and astrobiology/space medicine. Currently, she is working as a research assistant in the Chemistry of Thin Film Materials department at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Member of Polish Astrobiology Society, former research associate at Blue Marble Space Institute of Science, team member of Innspace, and three times Erasmus+ scholarship recipient.
