Polish version – Wersja po polsku – Edukacja Kosmiczna
At Extremo Technologies, we believe that space exploration should inspire not only scientists and engineers but also students, educators, and the wider public. Alongside our scientific experiment Space Volcanic Algae on the International Space Station, we have launched an educational mission to popularize knowledge about space research and biotechnology.
Lectures, Presentations & Workshops
As part of our mission, we also organize live educational events tailored to different audiences:
- Children – interactive workshops that introduce the basics of space and biology, design in an engaging, playful way.
- Youth & Students – inspiring lectures and discussions that connect current space research with future career opportunities in science and technology.
- Professional Level – advanced presentations and seminars for universities, research centers, and industry professionals interested in biotechnology, space architecture, space systems, and sustainability.
These sessions combine presentations, Q&A panels, and direct interaction with our researchers, offering participants a unique opportunity to learn about real space experiments and ask questions directly to the team behind them.

Book a Lecture or Workshop. If you would like to host one of our lectures, presentations, or workshops – whether for children, teenagers, university students, or at the professional level – we would be happy to prepare a tailored program for your audience.

Sharing Knowledge Through Posters
We believe that popularizing science is essential – it inspires young people, supports education, and helps society better understand the importance of space research. That is why we have prepared a series of posters, freely available in PDF format. They can be easily downloaded and sent directly to a print shop. Each design is available in two sizes: A3 (smaller) and B2 (larger), and in both Polish and English, making them suitable for classrooms, exhibitions, and international educational projects.
The posters explain the goals of Space Volcanic Algae, the role of biotechnology in space missions, and the broader challenges of building self-sufficient systems for future space stations and habitats.
They are designed for use in schools, universities, science clubs, libraries, and public events.
All posters are available free of charge and can be downloaded, printed, and displayed to support education and spark curiosity.

The collection includes:
- “Algae in Space” poster – an educational poster showing the role of microalgae on Earth and in space.
- “Space Volcanic Algae” poster – the main graphic of the SVA experiment, presenting key mission facts.
- “Art & Space” series – based on photos from the experiment Space Volcanic Algae, a set of four artistic posters combining science and art, created as a unique visual interpretation of space research.
