We’re excited to announce our collaboration with the Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź! Extremo Technologies and the Academy have officially signed a collaboration letter, paving the way for innovative projects at the intersection of space biotechnology and industrial design.
As part of this partnership, students took on the challenge of designing a bioreactor for both space and Earth. Guided by Mariusz Włodarczyk, and with an introduction to space biotechnologies from our team, they explored how design can shape the future of sustainable life support systems.
The final presentations showcased visionary concepts that push the boundaries of bioreactor aesthetics, functionality, and adaptability in extreme environments. We’re thrilled to see the next generation of designers bringing fresh perspectives to space sustainability and biotechnology applications on Earth.
